We want you to be entirely satisfied with your order and we take care to provide safe shipment of our products. Nevertheless, if your wine has been visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to arrange for an exchange or refund. We also recommend inspecting the product immediately upon delivery for heat or freeze damage (i.e. wine seepage around the cork or a raised cork). In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
